又梦到那条寄生在我体内的蠕虫，随着我的呼吸从肚脐钻出来，我的手都可以摸到它。为什么不把它弄死呢？在以往的梦里，我屡次想把它揪出来弄死，但是这条虫子是条非常特殊的虫子，它为了保护它自己，把它的神经系统和我的中枢神经系统连接在一起，掌握着我身体里最重要的神经连接和学习能力。如果我弄死它，不但我学的东西会全部丢失，而且我就会全身瘫痪，无法康复。以往我也试过和它拼命，豁出去全身瘫痪也不让它在我体内生存，每次我一下手，它就释放出神经毒素，让我神经疼痛得不能忍受，只好松手。奇怪，我梦里总是能够梦到痛感。

这个梦并不经常出现，上次梦到这条虫子起码也是好多年前的事情了，但是一旦它出现，我就记得以往梦到过的。这条寄生蠕虫是我平时嗜睡、记忆力不好等等问题的根源，因为它不断释放神经毒素到我体内，我的身体才不排斥它，否则它就无法在我体内生存，多少象蛔虫一样，但是是寄生在我大脑里的。它需要很多氧气才能维持生存，所以平日里要更我的大脑和神经系统争夺氧气，搞到我精神萎靡、记忆力下降。

刚才的梦里，这条蠕虫又一次威胁我，如果我赶对它下手，它就让我两败俱伤。不过我是豁出去了，拼命去拽它，它又和以往一样想我神经系统释放毒素，但奇怪的是这次的毒素虽然在我的脊柱里产生了疼痛，但是我居然可以忍耐。或许是次数多了，我的神经系统对这种毒素也有了耐受力的缘故？我就忍着疼把它掐死。没赶把它揪出来，因为怕自己的神经中枢也遭受损害。居然这次它就被我掐死了（就是没死，也要几十年的时间才能恢复过来）。我还没来得及想如何处置这蠕虫的尸体。然后就是一段梦关于唐僧取经的，说是这个唐僧也是因为被这条蠕虫所困，现在终于可以离开了。我才想起三昧真火，就拜托唐僧让孙悟空来帮我用三昧真火把虫子的尸首烧掉，但是他们没有时间帮忙。我才意识到，其实三昧真火我也有的，以往梦里我都会用的，只是从来没有拿来斗过这条蠕虫，现在正是时候。梦到这里，我的儿子醒了，我只好再哄他入睡，但是脑子里还是半梦半醒，用三昧真火把那条虫子的尸首烧了。

后半段的梦是关于清理内部环境的，好像我求唐僧给我清理一下蠕虫留下的毒素，他说剩下的他也嚼不化，无能为力，只有靠我自己。于是我把剩下的一团毒素放在嘴里嚼，居然能够嚼烂，但是那团毒素一经咀嚼，就变成一大堆更小的毒素团，我就只能继续把小些的毒素团弄来嚼碎，这些小团又产生更多小团，如此经过一番努力，最终算是基本上把这些毒素都清理掉了。

等再醒来的时候，把手放到肚脐上，没有再感觉到有凉风出入（原来那条蠕虫用我的肚脐做它的呼吸孔），而是觉得温温热热的了。

这真的是个怪梦，不过我终于赢了。有意思的是这场打斗的时间，正是我下定决心学习中医，天天晚上睡觉前向太上老君祈祷，希望他能够成全我学中医的心愿几天之后。昨晚睡前我还在向太上老君祈祷呢，让我能够把后半生的目标放在专心研究和传播中医，治病救人，保持中华文化传统上，希望他能够成全我的这个心愿。

看来这次学中医的决定是做对了，很多意想不到的事情也都是在这个决定作出以后发生的。而且现在我已经没什么好畏惧的，不像多年前，前怕狼后怕虎的，现在想想，如果学习中医，我能失去什么？我该有的都有了，已经没什么可以失去的了，就算是有点，我也不在乎失去，已经看开了，反而心里轻松了。爱情和钱财都是不定数，该来就来，该走就走，死死抓住不放，只能让自己更伤心、更狭隘。世界上能够做，值得做的事情还多得很，人一辈子不能只守在自己的小家庭的卿卿我我和那一点钱财上，至少我不能这样做，我知道自己来到这个地球上是肩负使命的，而且下辈子我还会来。我已经花了将近４０年的时间，才从这个“卿卿我我”的问题上抬起头来，现在忽然觉得视野开阔很多。

我还是得感谢上天给我的各种机会，虽然学习的过程中有过很多痛苦，但是我更高兴的是自己终于从失败中学到了这一课。我还是爱我的老公的，他给了我很多的支持和帮助，但是我们更多的只是好搭档、好朋友而已。我不会再把全部感情放在他身上，因为他而改变我的决定了，我会尽可能保持家庭的完整和温馨，主要是保护孩子们。但是我自己的情感、侧重、精力等等都已经有了转变。

有意思的是，作出学中医的决定后，我的内心变的非常平静，以往那种莫名的不安和恐惧消失了，好像内心深处的那个洞终于被补上了的感觉。

Ask advice again for my financial/career choice

Once a while, I need to confirm my mind/ideas from my spiritual guidance. I still need to solve my financial issue. So I used Fairies Oracle Cards today to find out what I need to do to be able to support my family financially.
Card 1: Making New Friends
I’ve been wanting new friends for long time. But I haven’t been really active making new friends, except posting online. I only made one new friend recently, Susan Hetu. She has similar mind and wants to make new friends, too. We’ve spent few hours together talking about our lives and kids. She’s not exactly my type, but close enough. I’m happy to have her as my new friends. But what’s the next? Where else can I find more friends? And how to make new friends?

I think I may need to learn new social skills and positive confirmation to attract new friends.
Card 2: Look Inside Yourself

What do I really believe? I’ve been exploring different religions, and looking for my own deities who I feel attractive and close. So far, I found WICCA is the best one fit me. But it’s still a little too western. In the last few days, I read about Taoism concepts and deities. I just realize this is what I was looking for. And Taoism is very close to WICCA in lots of ways. It’s easier for me to talk to the deities in Tao because they are the Gods I heard or knew since childhood. And it’s not hard to combine Taoism and WICCA. They don’t have any conflict, actually they compliment each other.

Lord Lao Zi (太上老君) is the one I can pray to. I need to listen to my inner voice more often. My brain is too loud. I can not hear anything other than my own thinking. Go back to study Tao practice, or medication, Qi Going will be a good way to find out what’s really in my heart.

Card 3: Financial Flow (rv)

This card appeared as RV. It’s a block I now have. I haven’t found right ways to make a living yet. Sometimes, I don’t know what to do. My body doesn’t want to handle extremely hard brain labour work any more. And I fingered I really love to use my hands making things. But how to make enough money by utilize my current skills? There are still more to learn.

苹果夹心蛋糕

材料：
糕身：面粉2杯；盐半小匙；发粉1小匙；小苏打1小匙；牛油1条，糖3/4杯或适量；大号鸡蛋2只；香草精1小匙；无味优格1杯
糕馅：苹果两个大号或3个中号（Mcintosh或青苹果）；糖1/2杯；肉桂粉1/2小匙；碎核桃2/3杯；葡萄干1/2杯（随意）
做法：
1、先准备糕馅，将苹果洗净削皮，切成如花生般大小的小丁，与其他馅料拌匀备用；
2、将糕身的前四项干料混合，最好过筛；
3、在一深盆中将牛油切片，使其易于软化，加入糖搅拌均匀后分别再加入蛋和香草精。一个一个的加，一面加一面打匀。接着分3-4次，轮流加入面粉和优格，每加一次必须拌匀再加，直至光滑为止。
4、在一个垫有锡纸的中号模型糕盘中倒入约1/3的面糊，然后在面糊上将糕馅铺匀。最上层可撒些杏仁片或用干果排花作装饰。入炉以375度烤40-45分钟，表面呈浅黄既可移出。

制作窍门：
1、牛油必须用手切开让其软化后和糖拌匀。搅碎牛油的过程中已经打进了促使蛋糕膨胀的气泡，所以绝不可将牛油化作液体使用。
2、面粉和其他作糕身的干料要用筛过3次。
3、软化的牛油先用木勺压成泥状，再加入糖和香草精充分搅拌。
4、将鸡蛋泡在温水里，以利于将它打发。

制作心得：
1、糕馅铺在面糊上之前，要去掉拌糕馅产生的糖水，只把干料加在面糊上既可，否则影响蛋糕发起，而且内部可能有生面糊。
2、糖还需要适量减少。
3、烘烤时间如果是在大烤箱底层，应该用45分钟。

baking soda 1 tsp
butter 1 cup
sugar 3/4 cup or less
eggs 2(big)

Expected Blood Glucose Test Result for Healthy People

Expected blood glucose levels for people without diabetes:
After fasting, it should be less than 6.1mmol/L or 110mg/dL.
2 hours after meals, it should be less than 7.8mmol/L or 140mg/dL.

My OneTouch UltraMini uses mmol/L. I haven't tested my blood glucose for a long time after Liam was born. But today, my Mom thought she had some symptoms of diabetes. So I used my OneTouch UltraMimi to test her blood glucose. It's before dinner. Not the best time. But her reading was 6.7, and mine was 6.3. Not bad for a normal person. We will both test again 2 hours after today's dinner. I hope I still have plenty test trips left.

I’m making my own business web site now. The software I use is Artisteer Web Designer. It’s a wonderful web design tool. I need one photo for my web site. My daughter picked this one for me. I think it’s ok, so far.

Again, I ask the question about my career choice. This time, I have a plan in my mind, a logical, safe and stable one. When I go back to work in July, after I finish all the chores in RBC Insurance, I will become an independent broker using PPI Solutions as my brokerage. Then I will take a part-time job as a technical support or office assistant/data entry to get some stable income to cover the basic expenses and to provide my family living. Although it will be very hard on me, I think I can handle both jobs at the same time. There are still a lot for me to learn, especially the English language skills, both in oral and writing. I will start to take high school English 20-1 in Summer to improve my English skills, also I may try to get general insurance license working another insurance brokerage.
I asked “Message from Your Angels” cards whether my plan would work, here’s the answer:
Card 1: (Whether my plan will work?) Omega
“Victory! Your desire is coming to fruition. Keep up the good work!”
So I think my plan is the right one this time. I’ve been looking for a good plan for a long time. This one is the safest and most logical one. I’ve collected some information, and will still go to PPI Solution’s Roadshow to learn more about them.
The winged unicorn in the picture is strong and confident, looks a little more matura than I think. And I should be happy because I eventually find the way which matches my spiritual destiny. Now I understand more about my job opportunity as Insurance Advisor. It means I will have more opportunities to meet different people and eventually to make some ideas in my mind become reality. I’ve done enough thinking, now I can relax. Everything will go well with this plan.

Card 2: (What else I need to know?) Celeste
“A happy move to a new home or place of employment is in the works. This movement will usher in positive new energy.”
It confirms what I think, I should change my employment to become independent broker and take another part-time job. A lady dancing in a palace in the beam of sun rise. It’s a new start and it has all the hopes for the future. Move with grace, the new energy is on the way.

Card 3: (What should I do about the left over business? tax and what to do with my manager) Maya
“Schooling, study, and education help your life’s purpose and personal growth at this time. The angel will guide you and help you with this process.”
I just thought about going back to school to study English 20-1. I also need to improve my communication skills and public speaking skills. There are so much for me to learn. And I need to learn fast, no time to waste. Before the end of this year, I should be able to finish English 20-1 and English 30-1 if the school calendar works for me. Also I need to get general insurance license level 1 in order to sell home and auto insurance. I will go back to school to study English 20-1 this time.

Amazing result

Following Susan G. shumsky’s book, Exploring Auras – Cleansing and Strengthening Your Energy Field, I cut off the psychic ties between me and my Mom, then between myself and my young loves, my family members, and with China and the place I lived when I was a little girl; also I said few prayers to send those “ghosts” away. The result is amazing. I had very peaceful feeling for all day, and didn’t feel scared at night when I looked out of the window or dark corner in the house (no need to tell myself to be brave again, but naturally feel the peace). My head was lighter, energy level was higher. Plus, there’s another thing happened. I spent quite a lot of time washing my feet and cutting my toe nails, then I brushed my teeth and washed my face, brushed my hair throughly (a full brush, from back to front, from left to right and from right to left) before I went to sleep. Well, I haven’t had this feeling to take care of myself for a long time. I thought because my baby kept me busy and tired, so I had no energy to look after myself. But now I know it is not only because I was tired, but also because there was something bugging me in my energy field.
Since I cut off the psychic ties with my Mom, my shoulders felt lighter immediately. Few hours later, the pain in my chest bone was gone. I was surprised to feel the peace and happiness I haven’t felt for decades. I was able to laugh again with all little things, and was surprised to see how funny my daughter was. She told me she never saw me that happy before. I knew I had some weired things happened in my life. I thought mentally I had found the balance and peace, but I couldn’t smile and still angry and upset most of the time, the negative thought attacked me very often …. now I know there was something wrong, those are the psychic ties between my mom and me, all those negative thoughts and impressions she unconsciously dumped to me all the time, and those astral entities who followed me for decades.
I am so happy I have found a way to save myself before the force turned me to a crazy woman. Maybe this is the way those astral entities pushed me to find, so I could save them and send them back the light one day. These prayers work much better than the Buddhism sutra I had read so many times. They are simple, yet powerful. I don’t need to prepare for any rituals, even don’t need to meditate before I say them. Just saying them is powerful enough for me. I think it’s also about trust, trust their power and my higher self, my God and Goddess.
Ok, I’m eventually found the way I can use to keep balance of my life.
YES, LIFE IS GOOD AND SO GOOD.

New understanding of “balance”

I was looking for balance in my life. It’s been quite a long time, I was heading to my target. But I wasn’t there yet. I was afraid of if I desire money, I would break the balance of my family life. But I now know, living in this material world, it also means, I need to balance the money and my spiritual desire. Wanting money isn’t a bad thing at all, at least I need to survive in this world and to support my family. And it will not break the balance if I don’t get greedy. Keep in mind what my soul really desire, not the money, not the physical objects, but to help others and help the world. So I will work hard to serve my clients and to make lots of money as exchange for my family (pay off the house in 10 years, to give my parents a shelter), at the same time, I will learn and practice energy healing skills including distant healing skills to help others and the environment without asking for any money. This will be a new balance in my life, and it should be a very good one, not hard to reach, and quite practical, too.
Wahaaaa ….. I’m so happy I’ve found my own way to get my heart settled. All I need to do is to take the action now.
